Cheesy Buffalo Dip
(With or without Chicken)

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese (cubed)14.5 oz can of chicken (or whatever is close to that, the sizes vary)1 bottle (16 oz) Blue Cheese or Ranch salad dressing (I normally do Blue Cheese)1 bottle (12 oz) Franks Red Hot (use more or less to fit your taste)2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (Sometimes I use Jack or Colby)

Put it all together, in a crock pot until it melts together (stir it occasionally).

Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, bread for dipping. Whatever your pleasure.

If you don’t have a crock pot:

Bake it in the over around 350 degrees until it melts together.

Alternatives:

You can also cook and shred chicken breasts instead of using the canned chicken. You can also leave the chicken out all together. I often do!

Leftover Suggestions:

Heat, add a little cream or milk and a few jalapenos and serve over pasta as a sauce.
